How to Use: SWIRL a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with your eyeshadow brush. Tap away any excess BUFF onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion. For wet application, spray a small amount of water into the shadow cap, then add a sprinkle of eyeshadow. Swirl the shadow and water together with the larger end of the Dramatic Definer Dual-Ended Eye Brush and buff onto your eyelids.
