Grown in France, the vines have an average age of 20 years and are planted on clay and limestone. The harvest of the grapes is exclusively manual, and yields are kept low to prevent any oxidation. This wine is perfect as an aperitif, and should be served chilled between 7°C-9°C, the 'M' monogram on the back-label will turn into a green jewelled crown, once the wine is cooled to its optimal serving temperature.
Tasting Notes:
Soft and fresh on the palate with delicate aromas of acacia and hints of peach. A creamy mouthfeel with a fine and persistent mousse.
