Renowned as one of Australia's most enigmatic producers, Bass Phillip was first founded in 1979 and continues to biodynamically create its established Pinot Noirs in the South Gippsland maritime region of Victoria. The Estate 2021 vintage is made from a selection of fruit in the Leongatha vineyard, which results in a silky, medium-bodied palate featuring red plum, black cherry, dried herbs, tea leaf and a wash of spice.
