These Bearfield's of London Prime Gammon Joints are cured from the very best selected pork legs using a traditional family recipe. They have been cut from the best part of the gammon to ensure perfect eating. Once cooked, these can be eaten hot or cold.
Each case will contain between 4 and 6 joints. 1.5kg minimum weight per joint. One serving is 170g.
For five generations and over 100 years, the Bearfield family have been producing fine hams and gammons from its premises in London using tried and tested traditional methods to produce excellent quality and taste.
Storage: Minimum shelf life of 21 days. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
