Ingredients: Paracetamol 600 mg (Painkiller and fever reducer) for headache, sore throat, shivers, fever, aches & pains; Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10 mg (Decongestant) for blocked nose, catarrh, painful sinuses.
Features: Non-drowsy formula helps clear blocked nose. Reduces temperature when you have a fever. Loosens phlegm and relieves chesty cough.

Storage: Do not store above 25ºC. Keep all medicines safely away from children.
Preparation and Usage: Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before taking this medicine. For oral use. Adults and children aged 16 years and over: One sachet to be taken every four hours as necessary, up to a maximum of 6 sachets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 16 years of age except on medical advice. Take 2 tablets every 4 hours as necessary. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Safety Warning: Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not take with other cold or decongestant products. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Consult your doctor if pregnant or under care.
