Ingredients: 50ml Beefeater Rhubarb & Cranberry, 15ml Elderflower Liqueur, 25ml Soda or Sparkling Water, Top with 80ml Prosecco. How to Mix: Build all ingredients in a copa glass filled with ice. Garnish with a ribbon of rhubarb or a slice of lime.
