Our white condimento is achieved by removing the skins, crushing and cooking the grapes at a low temperature. Resulting in a complex sweet flavour with a mild pleasant acidity.

Use: Table, finishing & dipping. Cooking guidelines: Drizzling over tomatoes and mozzarella, dashing into the pan with fish or prawns, stirring into a bowl of minestrone, adding to olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make the perfect salad dressing.
