The grape must is sourced from seven distinct grape varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, and Montuni. To achieve its rich flavour, this Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is matured in wooden casks, reflecting the traditional methods of production.
