Create a Refreshingly Delicate Hugo Spritz: Roll a handful of mint leaves and place into the bottom of a wine glass. Pour over 20ml gin, a floral gin works well, and leave to infuse for 1-2 mins. Add ice and then top up with half a can of Belvoir Sparkling Elderflower. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
