Benediktiner Weissbier is a German wheat beer known for its opaque orange-golden colour and fine foam. It features a complex flavour profile with notes of honey, herbs, and citrus, offering a full-bodied experience. Best served chilled to enjoy its effervescence and balance.
An opaque orange-golden honey colour with pale foam - stable and fine. Tartness commingles with sweet aromas of dark honey and ripe grains, invigorated by a piquant spiciness from which orange peel, Alpine herbs, hops and cloves emerge. A lemony effervescence and gentle liveliness reveal a full-bodied flavour awash in exhilarating tension between freshness, malty sweetness and faintly bitter notes of orange peel, Alpine herbs and subtle toasted flavours.
