Brand details: Berkeley Farm Dairy is a small dairy based on the Wiltshire downs. Our milk comes from our own herd of organic Guernsey cows and also a handful of neighbouring organic farms that share our values. Our farmer suppliers are paid a premium so that they can produce milk to the highest level of animal welfare whilst farming the land in a way that promotes regeneration and biodiversity. The cows are free range and are out grazing on lush pastures during the spring, summer and autumn. At Berkeley Farm Dairy, we believe that milk should be consumed as close to its natural form as possible. This is why our milk is pasteurised but not homogenised and so the cream in our milk will always rise to the top.
