We're Bertinet Bakery and we bake real sourdough. We use a variety of grains including wheat, emmer, barley & spelt - each thoughtfully chosen for their depth of flavour and nutritional value. We don't use any artificial preservatives, yeast or added sugars. Just simple, carefully sourced ingredients that are slowly fermented and expertly batch-baked. By baking our sourdough loaves in tins and slicing them, we're making them easier to enjoy every day. It's the same, craft sourdough you might find in a bakery or on the farmer's market, but sliced and available in your local store.
