We're Bertinet Bakery and we bake real sourdough. Our Seven Seeds & Grains loaf is baked with a unique blend of seven, gently toasted seeds and grains, that are mixed into a dough that's made with a wholesome blend of wholemeal flours, giving each loaf a nutty, deep flavour and lots of natural fibre. We don't use any artificial preservatives, yeast or added sugars. Just simple, carefully sourced ingredients that are slowly fermented and expertly batch-baked.

Storage: Suitable for Home Freezing. Store in a cool, dry place away from strong light. As we only use a handful of natural ingredients, our bread is best enjoyed straight after purchase. Enjoy fresh for the first few days, and then as toast for a few more. If freezing, freeze immediately after purchase.
Preparation and Usage: Ready to eat- open and enjoy! Delicious as bread, toast, toasties and more. Savour every slice fresh from the bread bin, not the fridge. Or freeze to enjoy later. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within a day once defrosted.
