How To Use:
Initial use: press the pump three times to prime the unit. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Recommended dose for adults: one spray daily - one spray contains 25 g (1000 IU) vitamin D3. Replace the cap after use. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
