Preparation and Usage: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4. Grease tins and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper. Beat the eggs, water (or milk), oil (or butter) and cake mix together and whisk for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Pour into tins. Bake for 23-28 min or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in tins then remove from tins.
