Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds; increase speed to medium for further 2 minutes. Do not eat unbaked batter. 2. Pour into tins. For cupcakes pour mixture evenly into the cupcake cases. 3. Bake for 23-28 minutes or until a skewer in the centre comes out clean. For cupcakes bake for 18-22 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in tins then remove. Cool completely, fill and ice with Betty Crocker zesty lemon icing.
