Regional information: The grapes are sourced from the plateau of La Roquebrussanne located at an altitude of 360 meters, dominated by the Sainte Baume mountain range and supported by the Loube mountain. On this terroir of the Centre Var where moderate temperatures combine with a ventilated microclimate, the vines have the privilege of bathing in a healthy environment, favorable to the quality of the grapes. These conditions allow the vineyard to be managed in sustainable agriculture.
Vinification details: Harvesting is carried out at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes and thereby facilitate the extraction of flavours. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 16-18 degrees. The wine is shortly aged and fined before bottling.
