Our pasta is made using traditional Italian methods, in the Italian Alps. By simply blending organic durum wheat semolina with alpine water, then pressing through bronze dies, we create premium organic pasta with a coarse texture, that combines perfectly with your favourite Biona Organic pasta sauce. Best enjoyed al dente.
