Preparation and Usage: Cooking instructions (serves 1): Rinse 60g of Biona sushi rice in a sieve until the water runs clear. Transfer into a medium saucepan and cover with 240ml water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 12 - 14 minutes. Rice should be tender and water should be absorbed. Once cool enough to handle use for your favourite sushi fillings.
