Our pasta is made using traditional Italian methods, in the Italian Alps. By simply blending organic durum wheat semolina with alpine water, then pressing through bronze dies, we create premium organic pasta, with a coarse texture, that combines perfectly with your favourite Biona Organic pasta sauce. Best enjoyed al dente.

Cooking guidelines: Boil - From Ambient. Bring 1lt of water for every 100g pasta to the boil. Add pasta and simmer for 9 minutes then drain and serve.
