Our pasta is made using traditional Italian methods, in the Dolomite region of Northern Italy. By simply blending organic durum wheat and alpine water, then extruding through bronze dies, we create a pasta that has the perfect texture for sauces to stick to. Best enjoyed al dente with one of our Biona Organic pasta sauces.

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place.
Preparation and Usage: For the name, type of pasta and recommended cooking times please refer to the lower part of this pack. Cooking guidelines: Hob - From Ambient. Bring 1lt of water for every 100g pasta to the boil. Add pasta and simmer, then drain and serve. For cooking times see back of pack.
