Oven cook - From Frozen:
Pre-heat the oven to 230 (fan 210). Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden for 12-15 mins.
Air Fry - From Frozen:
Place product in the basket (max. 8 fish fingers). Set to 180°C for 10 mins. Shake halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Storage: Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
