Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Air Fry - From Frozen:
14 mins, 180ºC
Place product in the basket (max. 2 chicken grills) and place in the air fryer.
Turn over halfway through cooking.
Cook until crisp.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Oven Cook - From Frozen:
18-20 mins, 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas mark 8
Pre-heat the oven.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook until crisp and golden.
Storage
