Cooking guidelines: Air Fry - From Frozen. Alternatively, 180°C, 16 mins - Place product in the basket (max. 2 fish fillets) and place in the air fryer. Turn over carefully halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7, 20 mins - Pre-heat the oven. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook until crisp and golden.
