Cooking guidelines: Hob - From Ambient. Twist open the cap and pour into a saucepan. Gently simmer for 4 mins, stirring often. Do not allow to boil. Microwave - From Ambient. Pour into a jug and heat on full power for 2 mins 30 seconds (800W), then stir and heat for a further 2 mins.
