Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook from chilled at 200C / 392F / Fan 180C / Gas 6 for 40-45 Mins. Preheat oven. Remove film lid and set sauce sachet aside. Place foil tray in centre of oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, drizzle contents of sachet over carrots and stir well. Return to oven for further 5 minutes. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
