Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled: 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45mins. For best results cook from chilled. Remove outer packaging and set aside the sauce sachet for later use. Preheat the oven. Transfer the contents of the gammon pouch into the tray provided, separate the shanks and cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and carefully drain the cooking juices into a jug. Pour the contents of the sauce sachet over the gammon shanks, add approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking juices to the tray and stir into the sauce. Return to the oven uncovered and cook for a further 5 minutes. Not suitable for microwave and air-fryer cooking. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost and consume on day of defrost. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
