Black Bee British Summer Runny Wildflower Honey is an unprocessed honey sourced from UK wildflowers. Unprocessed and single-source, it retains a rich floral flavour. Ideal for drizzling on breakfast or adding to hot drinks.
Provenance: Multi-floral honey sourced during the summer months from apiaries in Somerset, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Yorkshire.
Flavour Profile: Created by bees from a wonderful mix of wildflowers, this honey has a light golden colour, a runny consistency and a wonderfully rich heady, floral flavour.
Uses: Drizzling on your breakfast, stirred into a hot drink and great in salad dressings.
Our honeys are all single source, meaning they come from one place - this location and the name of the beekeeper is printed on every jar.
Each jar you buy supports our pollinators - giving back 2% of turnover to create wildflower meadows, a vital habitat for honey bees.
As our honey is unprocessed, it can set over time. If it does, warm gently to reliquefy. Unsuitable for babies under 12 months. Store at room temperature.
