An aroma of sweet fresh grass with a hint of honey and Forsythia flowers on the nose. Fresh and cool with a slight hint of dairy and notes of fudge and vanilla. Deliciously creamy and smooth with almond and vanilla notes. Clean and well-rounded with dry cocoa beans and a touch of cinnamon.
How we make it: We know milk is precious, so we don't waste a drop! It starts by separating the milk into curds and whey. The curds make cheese including Black Cow deluxe cheddar - the whey, which would otherwise go to waste is fermented, distilled and blended to make the 'world's smoothest' vodka.
