Preparation and Usage: Serve long over ice with tonic, or add two parts Bombay Bramble to one part freshly squeezed lemon and 1/2 part sugar syrup for a twist on the classic bramble cocktail.

Tasting notes: Whole red summer berry forward note, complemented with rich fruity juniper and green spice. Predominantly juniper and citrus, with aromatic red berry roundness and liquorice spice. The finish is remarkably smooth and dry, driven by waxy pine and liquorice notes. Although the earlier jammy nose and palate gives way to the waxy pine and angelica, an essence of blackberry and raspberry remains on the tongue long after the spirit has gone.
