Preparation and Usage: Remove the lid, sprinkle the contents of the sachet evenly over the top, wait 1 minute and enjoy. For a warm Crème Brûlée, sprinkle a teaspoon of your own brown sugar instead and place the dessert under a medium grill until caramelised. Remove from under the grill and leave out to cool before serving.
