The Bono Italian Unfiltered Organic extra virgin olive oil is the fruit of fine organically-farmed Italian cultivars, which are grown without the use of chemical products. It has a full and harmonious taste and the paladin on the label is Charlemagne, Emperor of France. Not having been subjected to the filtration process, it retains some olive micro particles in suspension which later deposit on the bottom of the bottle. Over time it is subject to a natural decantation which leads to a variation of its veiled appearance. It has a sweet taste with contained bitter and spicy notes.
