The Brindisa Nitrate Free Iglesias Chorizo Ring is an authentic Spanish cured sausage. It is made with natural ingredients and slowly cured for two months, offering a rich paprika flavour and creamy texture. This chorizo is ready to serve and perfect for adding to meat and cheese boards.
Iglesias, based in the famous Ibérico ham curing town of Guijuelo in Salamanca, bring the same care and attention to their white pig products as they do to their Ibérico ones.
Iglesias' Chorizo Estilo Caseros is produced to the standards of the Consorcio del Chorizo Español and is 100% Spanish. The pigs must be raised in Spain according to the Consorcio's standards. The chorizos are produced by traditional methods and all ingredients must be Spanish.
Chorizo Estilo Casero is prepared with all natural ingredients and slowly cured for a minimum of 2 months. It has a good, rich paprika flavour, a hint of oregano and a good creamy texture. An excellent addition to a meat and cheese board.
