Made with all natural ingredients, Ortiz Marmitako is rich, creamy and very satisfying. It also makes a great fish chowder.

Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place.
Preparation and Usage: Preparation: for best results, place the pack in boiling water and heat for 4 minutes. Open pack carefully with scissors and serve. If using a microwave [600W], empty pack contents onto a plate, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Ortiz Marmitako chowder style soup for 2: Heat the contents of the packet with the same volume of milk (enriched with a little cream if you have it). Season with a pinch of herbs, chilli flakes or black pepper, and simmer gently for a few minutes. Serve with traditional Spanish cracker biscuits Mariñeiras.
