Made by a 4th generation family business which has been making traditional chorizos for more than 100 years. With carefully chosen cuts of pork, a spicy, oak-smoked paprika, salt and spices, this is a succulent sausage that's perfect for grilling on the barbecue or for warming winter one pot dishes.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 5 days.
Preparation and Usage: Cook thoroughly before use. At their best poached in wine or cooked in a casserole, they add a depth of flavour, a hint of smokiness and a beautiful colour to whatever is cooked with.
Suggested cooking method: Fry the chorizos gently in a lightly oiled frying pan over a low-medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through. You might enjoy adding a splash of wine, beer of cider towards the end of cooking.
