Preparation and Usage: Brindisa gazpacho has to be eaten chilled. Different garnish ingredients can be added: serrano or ibérico ham taquitos, or diced boiled egg, finely cubed peppers or cucumber pieces, chopped mint or parsley. Brindisa gazpacho also works well in a Bloody Mary recipe or as a healthy pick-me-up drink on its own. It can be laced lightly with a tot of iced cold sherry or a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Shake gently before serving.
