Preparation and Usage: Brush twice a day to keep teeth clean Directions for use - Children of 3 years and younger: Use a smear-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. Brush at least twice a day. Supervise all tooth brushing by an adult. Spit out after brushing but do not rinse.
