The 2017 vintage was marked by a year of tremendous quality and balance, with warmer temperatures that dropped at harvest, allowing perfect ripening and excellent fruity expression.

Hand-picked grapes are manually sorted and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, then aged in French oak barrels for 15 months (67% new, 33% second use).
