Preparation and Usage: You Will Need: 75ml (5 tbsp) Vegetable Oil, 90ml (6 tbsp) Water, 1 Medium Egg, 8 x 8 inch Brownie Tray, Electric Hand Whisk. Ready in 3 Easy Steps: Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas mark 5. Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper. In a jug, mix together the oil, water and egg. Tip the brownie mix into a mixing bowl and pour in the oil, egg & water. Using a hand held electric whisk, mix for 1 minute until well combined. Pour into the prepared tray and level with a spoon, bake for 20 - 22 minutes until crisp on the top but with a moist, chocolatey centre. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before cutting into squares.
