Gently mix then whisk for one minute until you have a smooth and creamy texture (taking care not to over-mix). Pour evenly between two greased and lined cake tins, and bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the sponge comes out clean.

Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas mark 4. In a jug, blend the eggs, milk and oil. Place the mix into a bowl, pour egg mixture in and gently mix then whisk for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into prepared tins. Bake for 20 minutes.
