OUR RECIPE SUGGESTION: Herbed fillets with Hawaiian Red Salt: Sprinkle the fillets with chopped Cannamela spices, then cover with foil and let them season for 30 minutes. Wrap the fillets with the lard slices, tie them with kitchen twine and brush them with a little oil. Cook the fillets over very high heat, turning them on the griddle. When cooked, season them with Cannamela Red Hawaiian Sea Salt.
