Vinification details: The wine is then gently heated to approx. 30 °C. First, the volatile, flavour-giving components are gently separated, collected again and stored separately in a protective container. Only then is the alcohol removed from the wine through complete distillation. In the final step, the natural bouquet is added back to the dealcoholised wine, so that the original aromas and sensory qualities are largely retained.
