Vinification details: Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Kent (92%), East Sussex (7%) and Essex (1%). Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam soil. Fruit is whole-bunch pressed with the majority of colour coming from the Early Pinot Noir, Rondo and Regent rather than from skin maceration. This gives a light, smooth characteristic to the wine. Cool fermentation and early clarification also helps with the light, effortless style.
