Safflower seed oil works efficiently to help break up natural oil found on skin, as well as dissolving hard-to-remove makeup. Rich in linoleic acid, this natural emollient helps leave skin feeling soft and nourished.
The solid balm transforms into a silky oil upon application and rinses off completely without leaving an oily or greasy residue. To apply, massage balm over dry skin, rinse well with warm water and pat dry.
The formula is non-acnegenic, non-greasy, non-drying, non-stripping, fragrance-free, allergy-tested, ophthalmologist-tested and dermatologist-tested.
