For its Chardonnay, grapes are sourced from a family vineyard known for its distinct richness. Despite the vineyard being the lowest-yielding in 2024, the fruit was incredibly concentrated and plush, hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed before fermentation in French oak barrels. The result?
