The vineyards of Château Sainte-Héléne extend on sunny hillsides on a clay-limestone terroir. This crisp and fruity red wine reveals an intense bouquet of red fruits and spices.
Perfect with poultry, grilled red meat or a cheese plate.
Contains Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites.
Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats followed by a quite long maceration (between 30 to 40 days). The wine is preserved in French oak barrels for 15 months.
