Preparation and Usage: Cooking direction Rinse the rice cakes under cold running water, and drain. Put red chili paste, red chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and pour water into a frying pan. Add drained rice cakes, and bring to a boil stirring well until well cooked. Add vegetable, fish cake, and/or boiled egg for your taste. And enjoy delicious tteokbokki.
