Ingredients: 50ml Chivas Extra 13 Year Old, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 5ml sugar syrup, Orange zest to garnish.
Method: Stir all the ingredients together with ice in a mixing vessel. Strain into a rocks glass with a large block of ice and then garnish with orange zest.
