Microwave but can also be steamed. Before heating: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place onto a non-metallic plate. During heating: Heat on full power for 35 seconds (800W), 30 seconds (900W). After heating: Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Steam
To steam. Before heating: Remove outer packaging, do not remove film lid. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam on a moderate heat for 25 mins. During heating: Do not allow the pan to boil dry. After heating: Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Remove the film lid and invert onto a plate.
