Ingredients: Water, Carrots (11%), Swede (8%), Potatoes, Onions, Leeks (6%), Parsnips (5%), Celery (3%), Spinach, Pearl Barley, Peas (2%), Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Garlic Purée, Vegetable Glace, Vegetable Bouillon, Salt, Parsley, Thyme, Black Pepper, Ground Turmeric.
Cooking Instructions: Hob. Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat on moderate heat for 6 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot. Microwave. Remove lid and replace loosely. Microwave from chilled on full power (700w 7 mins, 800w 6m 30s, 900w 6 mins). Stir halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly.
Warnings: When heating in the microwave the pot may become flexible. Handle pot carefully to avoid scalding. Do not reheat once cooled.
